It is extremely cruel, however, so is the way they keep most animals meant for human consumption.
Lamb and veal is so tender because they do not let the lamb or calf move around. They are kept in
small pens for their short lives.
I eat meat, but do wish there was an answer to factory farming. Foi Gras is definitely more cruel
than some practices, but the truth is we do not treat any of the animals that we eat in a
particularly humane fashion, with the exception of free range meat, which is much more difficult to
come by and more expensive. |

I thought it was goose liver, produced by over feeding them grain through a funnel Several times a
daily. THE END PRODUCT is really good. |
