I agree. Trust can be misplaced some times though especially since I've not heard of a case where
god has proved his trustworthiness to his followers. |

I could agree a little bit, but I disagree more based on personal experience. When I trust someone,
it is usually because they have proven themselves and earned my trust, but when I believe in
something using faith, its more blind than trust. It would be hard to explain, at least in the same
way as trust, how God has proven and earned my faith. The whole point of faith was that he didn't
have to prove or earn it; that I willingly gave it without asking for anything in return. When I
give out my trust, I expect respect in return; the respect to honor my trust. |

I think faith implies in spite of a lack of direct knowledge where as trust doesn’t specify. |
