BlahBlah I like your username, by the way. ;-)
it would suit ALOT of people who come in here, but anyway, on to your topic:
Yes, vegetarianism is good and healthy and ethical.
But, meat is awesome three times a week for taste and protein.
Also? For women who menstruate, the heme-iron is good for us. |

Well I don't know if anyone has tried the ``Atkins diet?;-) but, some reporters did and said it
makes your breath smell like the devils backside.(who knows)
But I didn't need to be told that a well balanced diet should include five portions of fresh fruit
and veg per day in total.. Meat or fish or and eggs.
OH and don't ever take a sumo wrestler out for a meal. They will have three whole roast chickens for
starters.;-) |

Much of our meat comes from herbivores and is therefore recycled, highly-concentrated vegetables.
Is that what you meant?
Regardless of your phrasing, you're right about the health aspects of more veggies and less meat.
I talked with a digestive specialist that told me the average human can only digest and assimilate
the nutrients of about 1.5 oz of "hard protein (ie, meat, nuts)" in a single meal, the rest just
passes through (if we're lucky). |

I'm confused. Doesn't a vegetarian diet consist of fruit, vegetables, and fish?? |

energy and carbs up veggies have no carbs and lettuce is just green cardboard i think it doesn't do

Your heading belongs in the for column, but your explanation belongs in the against column. You are
contradicting yourself.
Not only do we need a balanced diet, meat usually taste better. If we were all vegetarians it would
radically reduce our sense of enjoyment in life. |

Not everyone needs to be a vegetarian. You can get enough vital needs out of meat. And by the way,
your explanation totally contradicts its self :S |

Look, if we all didn't eat meat then cows, pigs, chicken, etc. Would over spawn and over populate
the world which is already happening with humans, also, though veggies are healthier than meats,
they also can be more expensive, a hamburger from Mc. Donalds cost about the same amount as an apple
or peach, With an increase in population and a decrease in the economic value of the dollar, meaty
fast foods are a popular average meal in America, everyone being a vegetarian isn't going to happen
in the life time |

I have never eaten a vegetable in my entire life. I survive mostly on meat. I am perfectly healthy
(in fact I am more healthy than some people who eat vegetables), so how can you say that you need
vegetables to be healthy? |

Um... If you eat some meat... YOU'RE NOT A VEGETARIAN!
Thought I ought to point that out. |
