You are right all pasta is made of the same thing. |

Obviously. I don't see why they would be different. Many times I've seen kids go for themed
spaghetti rather than the normal stuff. It tastes the same, so either they think it doesn't or they
just like the themes. Probably the latter. |

IF the noodles are all made of the same thing then yes that's true.
There would be subtle differences depending on makeup because there are semolina (wheat), buckwheat,
spelt, corn, egg, rice, brown rice, quinoa, Jerusalem Artichoke noodles, squid ink, and partly
vegetable noodles like spinach (and probably a lot more I'm not aware of).
The only other factor is the quantity of sauce they hold, thus some shapes hold more than others.
But in general, you're right that it doesn't matter if it's straight or round or twisted. |

I don't think pasta and noodles are the same thing or taste the same.;-))
Spaghetti grows on trees in Italian forests, or Spanish sea side resorts, and noodles can be made
from Wheat, wheat and eggs or rice. |
