Yeah, but they would pay them that if people learn better negotiation methods.
Hungry people come in and under bid
a vauble employees offer. When you go shopping do you buy the most expensive
items, or do you find sales and more
cost efficient merchandise? |

In this case, many people would not have any money. I agree that companies do not pay people enough
money, but look at some of the service these people offer. How many times have we gone to the store
or a restaurant and got treated badly? We are served slop for food. We are jipped out of change.
People who do not take pride in their job really make too much money. Only if a person is really
worth it, should they make more money. A person would be worth more if they gave good customer
service and really did a good job. (Well enough to drive the business). If a person is not happy
with their salary, then they should quit, get educated, and make more. Stop complaining about it and
do something about it. |

If employees are underpaid or badly treated, they should leave and work somewhere else. Their former
employer will soon get the message that if you want to keep staff, you need to treat them well. By
continuing to work for an abusive employer, an employee simply validates the abusive behaviour. |
