Employers Should Pay Their Employees What They Are Worth.
This is a big problem in a lot of companies. Employers do not pay employees what they are worth. They overlook that the employee is bending over backwards for them and take advantage of the person. I think employees should be rewarded for their hard work and dedication.

If everyone was paid what they are worth we wouldn't need money. The human race it worthless. Ref Jabber the Hutt Encyclopaedia Galactic Ch 100045 Sect AAxhum98

Yeah, but they would pay them that if people learn better negotiation methods.

In this case, many people would not have any money. I agree that companies do not pay people enough money, but look at some of the service these people offer. How many times have we gone to the store or a restaurant and got treated badly? We are served slop for food. We are jipped out of change. People who do not take pride in their job really make too much money. Only if a person is really worth it, should they make more money. A person would be worth more if they gave good customer service and really did a good job. (Well enough to drive the business). If a person is not happy with their salary, then they should quit, get educated, and make more. Stop complaining about it and do something about it.

If employees are underpaid or badly treated, they should leave and work somewhere else. Their former employer will soon get the message that if you want to keep staff, you need to treat them well. By continuing to work for an abusive employer, an employee simply validates the abusive behaviour.
