Bruises and broken bones heal over time but words hurt much more and stay with you years later. The
things the girls in grade school said to me are still their and still hurts but the but the bruises
from one of the boys on the playground healed a long time ago. |

WOW. An Absolute truth for once.
Yes. I agree with this one, wholeheartedly.
The words you say to someone? You kill or heal their divine spark and their lifeforce. |

Some people just attack you, and no matter how high you hold your head, you will still be affected. |

Words hurt in different ways than physically. |

It depends on how one treats the name-calling. If they don't care, it won't hurt them.
Another factor is who says it. It would hurt more if a family member said it than a stranger. |

I agree. This quote is just not true. Name calling is a terrible thing and can be very hurtful There
may be some people who are able to ignore hurtful names but I think that the majority of people,
especially vulnerable people such as teenagers and old people, will be greatly affected by nasty
names. |

I agree with you, names can hurt and can have lasting damage to a persons psychological welfare.
Name calling, and verbal abuse in general can lead down a long road of many negative things from
depression and eating disorders to mentally unstable individuals. For proof of that look at the
teens that were bullied and went back to shoot up there schools. |
