Yeah, i think its just as bad being underweight then being overweight. There are risks for both.
I do not think eating less is worse but it is deffo a issue |

You need the correct food (even fat) to keep healthy so even eating unhealthy stuff is better than
eating nothing at all, it means having no energy |

I think its an equal amount of bad, one dosnt get enough of the stuff they should and one gets too
much stuff they dont need. I think it equals itself out.
But there all always the grey areas maybe someone eats a lot but exersises and maybe some one eats
little but the right things. Depends on the diet. |
