Devolution Is Good For The UK
Scottish, Welsh, N. Irish and Greater London have all been devolved or decentralised and since then the residents in the aforementioned places are generally happy about it, but will this be good or bad for residents who live in England besides Greater London? Will this not divide the UK and break down Parliament?

It is good for Scotland and Wales because they get to run a few things themselves without so much interference by our incompetent government. I find it frustrating that us English cannot vote on Scottish matters yet the Scots can vote on what affects us. I don't blame the Scots for that though I wish more decisions could be made at local level bypassing the hopeless bureaucrats in power.

 You refer to the West Lothian Question, as does keepmindok. Though when the government attempted to create regional assemblies to solve this matter, they set out a referendum to the North East of England, and over 70% voted no to this, feeling that they would be excluded from the rest of England as a whole.
Also, though we don't have a say in many things that occur in Scotland and Wales, we do control more important issues such as immigration and economy policies.

Off course they are happy while the rest of us are picking up the bills.

Just one example of how unfair this is.....the price of a prescription is £7.10p while in Scotland and Wales it is free. We are being taken for mugs
The devolved parliamentarians should not be able to vote on English matters.

It was better when the world was individualized and separate countries instead of conglomerate.
