I never really listened to his music. It is kind of old, but I still feel sad. My Aunt said that
she was only 14 when John Lennon died but she still felt sad even though his music was before her
time. I think it is just sad when anyone dies. |

I was not around for most of Michael Jackson's life, so his death did not touch me personally. While
his years of substance abuse caught up to him later in life, resulting in lots of bad choices, he is
still a human being who lost his life. He inspired many artists and fans. I think whenever someone
dies, it is a tragedy, for someone.... |

He was a human being. He's dead. Let's leave him in peace now.
I liked his earlier music and do recognize the impact he had on the music world. Of course his
latter life was a freak show. But I see little value in either of the extremes of either a)
idolizing his music career in an endless media orgy of retrospectives, or b) dragging his child
molesting plastic surgery baby dangling arse through public humiliation.
Just let him go. |

I was never crazy about him but my Dad and Stepmom liked him. They got to see him once. Everyone
dies, but unexpected death is always a shock. We lost two more celebrities this week--Ed McMahon,
Farrah Fawcett, though their deaths were not surprises. |

What controversy? He died. A controversy indicates differing opinions about this fact... |

There's nothing sad about it, he's a crazy pedophile who got chased out of the country and I'm not
sad at all that he's dead. Not a minute too soon if you ask me. |
