Despite All The Nonsense, Dan Brown Is A Good Author.
I have read a few of his books. Despite the nonsense in the Da Vinci Code, you can't deny he's a good writer. Digital Fortress is a great novel, as is the Da Vinci Code. It's a thriller, it thrilled me. But just remember: Whenever you see Dan Brown use the word "fact" just substitute the word "fiction" XD.
Dan Brown is a brilliant author of the four books I have read. Each one was a brilliant masterpiece
of complex lexis and thought provoking subjects. Especially like Da Vinci Code and Angels and
Demons. Hope they make that into a movie
My problem with Clancy is that his chapters are too dam long. I have to keep reading and reading until I come to the end of the chapter, but I'd rather just drop the book and go to sleep. Your average Clancy book is 1000 pages, and 4 or 5 chapters.
I have only read the Da Vinci Code to find out what all the fuss was about. It was OK, quite
entertaining, but essentially bllsht and instantly forgettable.
I read a lot. Mostly fiction, and historic stuff, and i found his writing to be schlocky. I also
found his books to be the most overrated in my life. I'm not sure if i was missing something or
what, but i just didn't get it. I have read far better books than his books. However, i typically
don't like the vanilla stuff that is cranked out on a monthly bases by some authors.
