Defence Barristers Have It Easy Compared To Prosecution Barristers
In the UK, the Prosecution barristers are paid less yet have to do far more in and out of court, as they have to prove the defendant is guilty beyond reasonable doubt. Do you agree?

The legal system is biased against defendants.

There is a good reason they have to prove the defendent is guilty beyond reasonable doubt and it is to balance the scales. The prosecution has pretty much all the apparatus of the state on it's side whereas the defence is just an individual so basically the court case is the state vs the individual.
