I wouldn't use "good" to describe the death penalty, but I am for it. In order to receive the death
penalty the things one must do should be so hideous just hearing about it should cause your stomach
to turn. Anyone who disagrees must not have an imagination strong enough to think of such terrible
crimes. Imagine if some one broke into a daycare and raped and killed 30 little children. Then ate
their bodies. I wouldn't even want to look into the eye's of someone who thinks the killer deserves
to breathe, or live. |

I agree that it depends on the hideousness (sp?) of the crime. In some cases they should be put to
death, revived, poked in the eye, then put to death again. |

It depends on the crime, but I'm definitely for it. Those who are willing to kill others to serve
their own goals should be well prepared to face the same consequences from justice.
Cephus is right. There is NO point in having life without parole, because it's just long and
torturous. While some may believe in torturing the criminals, the house of a thousand butt-poundings
isn't what it used to be.
Just end their miserable existence.
However, if the crime isn't very serious..like, for example, someone stealing without harming
anyone..that's not death penalty worthy. |

Yes, I believe very strongly in the death penalty, there are some crimes that are so hideous that
the person loses their right to breathe the same air as civilized people.
Personally, I don't believe in life without the possibility of parole. If you're never getting out,
why bother feeding and housing your sorry backside? |
