| Who else here has tried it? (Cutting out most grains and sugars and replacing them with meats and veggies?) I'm down 13 pounds. Granted there are marketed diets with similar strategy and I don't fully agree with any of them (Atkins, South Beach, Paleo). But if you fill yourself with lean meats, veggies and salad, fruit, and start to work out regularly, it really does work. And you can do it as a lifestyle change, not necessarily as a traditional "diet". |
