The crime rate probably went down because the majority of the under-age criminal had to be off the

According to me, curfew time should not be changed in California. Although the crime rates has gone
down, but we have to take in our consideration that why this has been happened. This is only for the
curfew time which helps California to get lower rate in crimes. So this would mot be effective to
change the curfew time as it may work as a positive catalyst in increasing the crime rate. There are
many persons who are not ready to give credit to the curfew for this happening of lowering rate of
crime, but the true fact is that only this curfew time is responsible for this crime rate. If this
curfew time would be changed, the crime rate will again go back up. The tightness of the rule will
be made loose and criminals would get some more enthuse to start crime again in numerous way. |

A lot of the reason the crime rate has gone down is because of the curfew, getting rid of it is only
an excuse for the crime rate to go back up. |

If the rate has gone down, perhaps the curfew could be a good thing. It may or may not have had
anything to do with the rates going down, but either way, i think the curfew could be an effective
way of avoiding some bad situations. |
