| Crime-Doers Are Not The Only Ones At Fault; Thus, They Should Not Be The Only Ones Punished |
| From what I know, dysfunctional families are a key part in creating crime-doers. Since the crime-doer in question did not ask to be raised in such a family, is it completely their fault? Shouldn't both the crime-doer and the guardians be punished? And is the punishment of clinically insane people justified, since the definition of "insane" means not knowing the difference between right and wrong? |
