Saying christians who believe the word of God give christians a bad name makes no sense. Like saying
darwinists who believe in evolution give darwinists a bad name. |

Christians give Christianity a bad name. Or rather those who try to force their Christianity onto
others. |

Jesus said "if the world hates you, remember they hated me first."
I believe God created the heavens and the earth.
So, if Jesus could live with the powers of the world hating him for saying the truth, I can live
with the powers of the world hating me for believing the truth. |

Not really. All real Christians are creationists because we believe that All of God's word is true
and well, the creation was the first thing taught in the bible starting with Genesis 1:1
" in the beginning God CREATED the heaven and the earth" I'm sure you know how to read so you can
look it up and read on. |

A lot of us give Christianity a bad name, but not really because we're creationists. To be a
Christian, one is supposed to believe in creation and reject ideas against the Bible, using reason.
Compromisers accept macroevolution and the Big Bang. Sometimes compromise is good. Not in this case. |

That whole title is some kind of oxymoron.... Christian means 'Christ like' or Christ follower Do
you somehow think Christ didn't believe in creation? You guys are hung up on the creation
account...that's like 3 pages of a 1600 page book.....obviously an incomplete account (like
evolution) and is not the main focus of the book. > Nowhere does the
Bible say 144 hours for creation, it does say a day to the Lord is AS a thousand years and a
thousand years AS a day......meaning a long time......who cares? Only an evolutionist trying to
support all their theories would be so uneducated and unable to understand what's being said,
because they've never read it for themselves (say that is just like an evolutionist....never seen or
experienced it themselves it's always because Dawkins said it or darwin said it blah blah blah) |

Not sure if it is the fact that they believe in creation that annoys people here so much. There are
many orthodox or Hassidic Jews that believe in creationism, and i don't see anyone complaining about
them. Do you get equally annoyed by Buddhists who believe in re-incarnation? Probably not. I
think it is more of their nature that irritates people here, along with the fact that there are such
numbers of them. |
