I've always claimed that if evolution is indeed a natural process then it's possible God put that
natural process in place. |

I dont know the question here really but me and finsch usually disagree so i will post over
here...
I dont remember saying God couldnt create evolution. The Bible says he did it in a way that
contradicts evolutionary theory. Thats why I think God didnt create (not couldnt create) evolution. |

I think the Catholic Church largely agrees with the statement, that God could create evolution. But
then it wouldn't be pure chance and randomness, but would follow natural laws and order, if indeed
Darwin's general theory is correct about molecules transforming, over time, into man. The other
point is, what is your standard of correctness. What makes intelligent design a correction? In
other words, do you know the correct way it was suppose to go; and if so, how do you know? I am
not quite sure what you mean intelligent design is a "correction" in his creation? If God is God,
why can't he intervene, interact, alter, substitute, add to, recreate, destroy, etc etc. After all
it is his creation. |
