Wouldn't that pretty much make us into a communistic state? If they do that, shouldn't they ban
porn? Its not really "free speech" but its categorize it as such, we all know how everybody hates
and loves it so why stop at cable and talk radio? Internet? |

That would take away peoples right to free speech which is wrong even if they are saying stuff that
people don't like. |

Or better yet we could have the government feed us our information. We certainly don't want the
free flow of ideas to travel the airways.
I don't care how repulsive you or i might find the content, a free press and free speech are the
hallmarks of a free society. |

It is called free speech. You don't have to like it, but they have the right to say what they want.
If you don't want to listen, turn it off. |

It is under the charter of rights and freedoms that the cable and radio companies can speak freely,
so attempting to put a lid on them is hypocritical and against our democratic society as a whole. |
