That is a good statement because i didn't know it was earth day until a very small advert came up on
a website. I think it should be advertised more to catch peoples attention. |

I agree some people just sit around whining about trying to save the Earth, and not making much of
an effort, at least with simple steps people will eventually get the hang of being aware to take
care of the Earth. And catch on to it slowly but surely. As for it being a holiday, not likely,
will take lots of time only because people are more for themselves rather than trying to help others
out. |

Nice comeback, Professor! I agree with you, BullDog. Nobody really pays enough attention to Earth
day, and they should, as it's quite important to preserve the earth as best we can. It should be a
national holiday, but I also think many people need help being green. While they may love the
environment and WANT to help, they are direction-less. I think people should have steps they can
take to be more green, given more attention on Earth Day, so that with a combined effort we can
actually make a difference. |

I agree! This earth needs to be cared for in order for us to live on it. If its not cared for we
wont be healthy b/c the plants we eat would get diseases |
