Common Sense Is In Short Supply.
Though maneuvering life requires a depth of common sense, it seems it this is a commodity in short supply. As simple a man as I am, I never cease to be amazed at the common sense things people are amazed at learning. I am convinced I am right. There is not enough common sense to go around anymore. This is an economy in deficit.

Yeah, common sense, intelligence, self-confidence, decency, etc., has pretty much gone out the door for most people.

Most people, most of the time have always thought they have good common sense, and they have always mostly been as wrong as they could be. Common sense is in no shorter supply now than it has ever been. People do a lot of harebrained self defeating, self destructive nonsense. That’s what we do. It’s just egotistical to think we are better at being stupid now. Frankly odds are that everyone here is as dumb as posts.

I for one do not have common sense. My sense is brilliant, beyong common, its my intelluctual creativity that stretches away from the norm. We should try to go beyond common sense.
