Co2 Is Not A Greenhouse Gas
This is because the enviroment emits 90% more co2 then we do. How? Well, first off, when an organism dies and decays, it emits co2. How does this matter? Find me an outdoor surface that dosen't have something dead and decaying on it. Next, we have geothermal activity, which, by itself, emits more co2 then we do. And want to know what? The environment has been emitting this amount of co2, or more, since the beginning of the planet(or around that date.)

Co2 levels have been stable in the range of 260-280 ppm (parts per million) for the 10,000 years since the last glacial maximum. There are large naturally occurring sources of CO2 but there are also large naturally occurring CO2 sinks that break down CO2 and create a balance. Our relatively small but steady contribution has had the effect of tipping the balance and since the beginning of the industrial revolution CO2 levels have risen over 100 ppm to a total 383ppm. Besides what we emit through fossil fuel usage we also contribute by deforestation. Rainforests being a natural CO2 sink

CO2 makes a barrier which traps a proportion of the suns rays back inside the atmosphere. This has been compared to a greenhouse leading to the term 'greenhouse gas'.

And it's a darn good thing too, because if it didn't the earth would be so cold it would be uninhabitable.

CO2 is most certainly a greenhouse gas. By study 800,000 year old ice cores , scientists do see a correlation of rising Earth temperatures and CO2 in the atmosphere. They go hand-in-hand. But Earth also regulates itself naturally, so that is why Earth is not like Venus. But in the last 100 years, Man has been spewing CO2 into the atmosphere that is quite possibly contributing to global warming.

that's what the IPCC told you. the real, unedited charts show that co2 and rise in temperatures do NOT go hand in hand.

Definition of greenhouse gas: Components of the atmosphere which contribute to the greenhouse effect.
You have proved points which are irrelevant to the subject of debate. You have stated that the natural environment pumps out more CO2 than we do. And it probably does, but it does not mean that CO2 isn't a greenhouse gas. It contributes in keeping the longwave radiation within the blanket of greenhouse gases and the Earth's surface.

However, I do know for a fact that during the night, vegetation releases CO2 instead of O2.

actually I proved points that are highly relevant. my point is, is that if co2 WAS in fact, a green house gas, planet earth would be like venus already.
