Christopher Columbus Was Actually Mean.
He was a woman-user, evil to his crew, and a downright pig.

I heard he liked to kick kittens! But seriously he was an awful human being. It's like if I cured cancer. I'm still a major "you know what", but future generations will say I was a great man.
I think the cure has something to do with skittles and chicken soup. I'm still working on it, so give me time.

The man lived on a boat with nothing to eat but beef jerky for 8 months— of course he was mean!

He's evil, he treated natives like vermin, and was only interested in gold, not exploring for the benefit of mankind. We should not celebrate Columbus day. (In America)

Yes because he killed the Indians and took their gold. So I agree.

Where is it ever stated he was nice??
Is your argument out of the air or from something you heard or read that said christopher columbus is a nice guy?

I don't see why it matters

It matters because they can decide to exclude Pluto from the list of planets, and change various holiday names; but they won't fess up to the fact that Amerigo Vespucci actually founded America, and change "Christopher Columbus" day into "Amerigo Vespucci day" That's why it matters

Oh no! He's going to come back and haunt us.
So drastic.
Pity he's been out cold for a while...

I can't judge somebody I haven't met. CC was an explorer who was brave enough to cross the Atlantic and to discover the New World. It doesn't mean he was mean.

Read about CC. He killed many Native Americans and his own crew for that matter. He did it in a very cruel manner too.
