Okay I like both cookies and refuse to dip either one in milk. Chips Ahoy are slightly better. |

Trouble is with Oreo's you can't just eat one. Like Graeme crackers and marshmallows, what would be
the point? So for that reason Chip's Ahoy must be better. |

Oreo's are the bomb... They are too good... Chips ahoy are alright but oreo's are 100% better |

Chips Ahoy are little and crumbly and look and taste like greasy baby cookies. Oreos are delicious.
Now THAT'S a cookie. Oreos come part and I can stick the frosting sides together. They dip in
milk better, too. |

If you put 20 brands of chocolate chip cookies side by side in a taste test Chips Ahoy would not
even come out near the top of their own cookie category. They are one of the cheapest, mildest,
smallest, hardest samples of chocolate chip cookies.
If you put 20 samples of oreo-style cookies together the majority would be generic knock-offs and
both Oreo and Hydrox would be competing for the top spot in their own category.
So now you compare a bottom-rate chocolate chip cookie with a top-rate oreo cookie and there's just
no competition. The Oreo wins. You can base that on intensity of flavor, texture, absorption of
milk, the fun of twisting them apart, and even cult following. Frankly I had no idea Chips Ahoy had
a hard-core following until I saw this post. But everyone knows Oreos has a cult following. Always
did. |
