Yes to some extant.because sometimes what they think or what they want to do is very much beneficial
for themselves or others as well... |

They do have the right to do whatever they want, its just that it requiers limitations
e.g allow the child to drink small amounts aslong asits in their own home, and the will loss the
"thrill" of breaking the parents rules by being reble and drinking outside |
