If charcoal and gas are the only choices I agree the charcoal will make the food taste better. Try
cooking with wood instead a good hickory will make it even better. |

Either one is just as good as the other. As far as taste goes, you get a charcoal taste to the food.
In stead of gas, for added taste, try wood. Also the true taste of the food comes from the burning
fat that is dripping on the coals. That's why you have the bricks in a gas grille. |
