I have to agree since so many of my own friends have compared me to him in regard to personality. :) |

He was funnier than all the others. |

Could he BE more funny?
No. He represents so many people in his mannerisms and it's a pleasure to watch and even mimic his
hilarious jokes and one liners. |

I agree. I loved Chandlers character. Nice to see a guy in touch with his feminine side that is
not gay. He always dressed very nice. |

I think I agree with you. He is hilarious. Friends is one of my favorite shows. I still watch the
reruns every once in a while. If I had to choose my second favorite it would be between phoebe and
joey. They are also very funny. |

Chandler Muriel Bing who was born on April 8 in the year of 1968 was counted the best character in a
very large scale among the six characters of the famous US television sitcom “Friends”. Though
it is very difficult to pick the best character of this sitcom; according to my view, none other
than Chandler wins the prize. And the polls report say that he has been admired and counted as the
best character of this sitcom by a huge number of people. People including me love his quick witted
gestures very much. His sarcastic sense of humor also made him popular in a very large scale. I like
those kinds of people whose presence can make the other people feel very funny and hilarious. This
is the best feature of Chandler who is being admired largely only for his heavenly presence full of
mockery. |

Yeah, kind agree with spartan, I like chandler and would like to have him as a good friend, Ross is
alright, but I would definitely not want Monica to be my friend, she is so competitive! |

I believe that Chandler was the best character in Friends.
My reasons are as follows:
1) He is smart and handsome.
2) He may have been rubbish with girls, but he ended up with the best of the female 'Friends' -
Monica.
3) He has a great job and went through a training programme to get it with lots of younger kids. He
had the sense of personal integrity to go through with it and ended up as a copywriter.
4)His sense of humour is hilarious, whilst Joey and Ross tend to DO funny things,
5) He has morals (unlike Joey)
6) He has a spine (unlike Ross)
7) He isn't insane (like Phoebe)
8) Or neurotic (like the Gellers)
9) Or dim (like Joey and Rachel)
10) He's only been married once. (unlike Ross)
11) He didn't have a number of children to different mothers (like Ross)
12) He's never worn leather trousers (unlike Ross)
13 He once flew to Asia to avoid Janice, hilarious!
Okay, so the characters and series episodes were quite formulaic, but Chandler is clearly the most
likeable too. He's the one that I would most want at a party, he is funny and sincere and the others
are neurotic.
He does make a fool of himself, but it seems 'only' human.
What do other people think? Ross is smart, JOey is amazing with the ladies, Phoebe is just plain
kooky, Monica is hot but has OCD and Rachel is hot but quite vague and vain. Surely, Chandler is
the best Friend. |

Joey was the best friend. He never betrayed any of the other friends for anything, was always
funny. Chandler is my second favorite character. Rachel and Ross' "on a break" thing was funny for
a while, but the writers really milked that one for its money, and I think they were on and off and
on and off way too much. After watching every single episode from all ten seasons I own i would
definetly say Joey was the best character, because he was the best friend. I never really like
Phoebe, Monica and Rachel were really pretty some seasons, mostley towards the end, but that
doesn't constitute being a good character. Joey... Hands down |

All of the characters are funny, but if I had to choose one, it would be Ross. |

I think to say that one character was the best would be to miss the point of the show "Friends", it
was about a group of friends living in the village, the group on a whole was funny not just one
character |

I disagree. My favorite was Rachel, not only because she is pretty but because she was always the
clueless one. She made the whole show. She was always involved in some sort of drama that had the
whole group trying to work out for her. She was vunerable and funny. The drama between her and Ross
was the act that kept the show going for so long and is what made the final episode so good. Friends
went out just like it should have, with those two ending up together. |

I think that Chandler is certainly one of the funnest characters in Friends, and therefore one of
the best; though I have no personal favourite. Each character is entirely unique in his or own way -
for example, Chandler has his great sense of humour and wit, Ross with his facial expressions, and
so on. Of course, each character has different attributes, which is why I have no favourite - the
are all brilliant in their own way!
Chandler is, though, certainly one of my personal favourites - with his wit, and also his innocent,
likeable nature. |

Chandler, in my opinion, is not hot, and to be the best character, one must have hotness. Therefore,
Chandler CANNOT be the best character in Friends. |

I like the six main characters in Friends so much, and Chandler is very funny, i like his humor. But
It's hard for me to tell which person I like most. To be frank, maybe Ross. Ross is a little shy and
silly but so cute. And i felt so sad when he broke up with Richel for the first time.
About Chandler, I like his humor and the friendship between him and Joey....
Forever friends!!! |
