Cell Phone Companies Are Great... Until You Need Customer Service.
I am very angry. The service is fine until something goes wrong. Then you get aggravated... They also want to charge me for an eraly termination fee! How unethical!

It's in the contract honey. You have to read what you are signing. Their customer service does suck.

 I know it's in the contract but still. They are charging you for the rest of your term that you haven't lived yet. I wouldn't punish my child now for something they will do wrong in the future.
