I don't understand why so many people see it as a bad thing, perhaps it's worse in other countries
than in the UK. Yes, it's pretty unfair, but life's unfair. People just have to build a bridge and
get over it.

oversight and intitutional control factors it is less disfunctional than any other kind of economy. |

A good comparison is capitalism with democracy. It has been said that democracy is the worst
possible form of government -- EXCEPT for all the others. Well you can likewise say capitalism is
the worst possible type of economy -- EXCEPT for all the others. Because YES capitalism can be
exploitive and unfair and unscrupulous. It's just despite that fact it still remains the more
efficient and produtive of all the economies. |
