| I'm talking about the rape that CNN.com has written about where a young female was raped for over two hours outside of her school during a homecoming ceremony. People were joining in, but people also watched and did nothing. Those people that watched and did nothing cannot be arrested because Californian law only dictates those people being arrested if the female was 14 years of age or under. Personally, I think if you're just sitting and watching, you're condoning it, which is just as bad as doing it. |
