This debate is stupid, because there is an actual scientific answer - yes, they do help you stay
awake. However if we are talking about whether people should use them then i think no, because of
their negative effects on the body; as they dehydrate and raise your heartbeat. It is better to go
to bed earlier, drink plenty of fluids and then there is little need for supplements to keep you
awake. |

Yep, they're pretty good, I used them during my exams and the revision beforehand.
But it's prevention, not cure. Why are you so tired in the first place that you feel you need to
take pills to stay awake? |
