Bush Is A Murderer
Respected prosecutor Vincent Bugliosi, who prosecuted another famous psychopath, Charlie Manson, had denounced George W. Bush as a murderer and said the evidence exists to bring murder charges against Bush in the US. He was written a book arguing this case. In summary, he believes that Bush took the country to war on false pretences, claiming that Iraq posed a threat while, all the time, he knew it did not. Therefore, according to Bugliosi, the deaths of all US service personnel in Iraq are unjustified and constitute murder. This may sound strained but Bugliosi is very knowledgeable about the law.

I agree! Bush is responsible for all those deaths and i hope one day he seriously is punished. That man cannot play God. He thought he could but in reality Iraq is just as bad now even without sadam

Bugliosi is a serious guy. He has been involved in many high profile cases and knows the law. He appeared at the Impeachment hearings last week and made an impressive case. He is also far from a fringe conspiracy theorist. For example, he wrote a huge tome, defending the verdict of the Warren Commission, which was that lone nut Lee Harvey Oswald killed JFK.

Bugliosi emphasises the fact that bush's stated justifications for the war were directly contradicted by the expert advice, from the best sources, that he was receiving in private. Therefore there was no moral or legal justification for the war and all of the deaths which it brought in its wake are on Bush's account. Bugliosi believes prosecutions could be conducted successfully by state level prosecutors.

Bush should be prosecuted as the criminal he is. If it was done in America, rather than the International Court, it would at least go some way towards demonstrating that America is not a morally bankrupt nation.

My dad says it all the time and I agree. The "leader of the free world" is responsible for many deaths around the world, from sea to shining sea.

And if you were president you wouldn't be responsible for any deaths?

Nobody prosecuted Joe Stalin for his crimes against humanity. Why? Because he was the leader of a superpower with nuclear weapons capability.

Just because someone doesn't go to prison doesn't mean they aren't guilty. Bush and the other neo-convicts belong in the Hague and on the same gallows as Saddam, but will probably escape unpunished.

Gee another opportunist, with all the Bush bashing going on, this guy had the vision to see he could make a quick buck, from writing a book. If Bush was guilty, prosecute him, press charges... It's a bunch of c rap and you probably bought the book for$24. He should send you a thank you card.

How is it that Bush lied when EVERYONE said Saddam was a threat? Even your beloved Clintons?

It's funny to me that Bush should be tried for invading Iraq and all the deaths, but we should stop the genocide in Darfur. Um, there was genocide in Iraq and we stopped it. So what's the difference again? Oh yeah, Darfur is popular with the liberals because it has absolutely no capability of doing anything to us. Isn't Darfur in a civil war? Well, we can't go now, because we are supposed to get out of Iraq because that is a civil war (which it isn't... A civil war isn't fought by Iranians in Iraq) and we have no places in civil wars.

When Clinton goes on trial for lying under oath (regardless of what he lied about) and for blowing up an asprin factory or whatever it was, then we'll talk about Bush going to court.

The Liberal Double Standard rises again.

The notion that this accusation holds any water whatsoever is a joke. If Bugliosi really has a case, why not bring it to court? Why not demand the arrest of Bush?

You lefties are so goofy!

Look if no matter what either side things about this topic. How many of out presidents have went to jail from something they did in office? Yes some have been impeached but wouldn't we look like a very bad country if we put one of out leaders into prison? I think we would and that is why it hasn't been done before.

God not this again yeah its his fault people went to war and got killed
but people sign up to join the army
it's their choice and they make it themselves
its not his fault people joined the army - going to war is what they do

so what about the deaths of all the people in Iraq
bush is just as responsible for those as he is for the Americans
and the British that get killed because of American "friendly" fire

hes not a murderer for those though is he?

Yes, he is. But Bugliosi was concerned with bringing a prosecution against Bush under American domestic law. People join the military to defend their country. They assume that the leader of the country will make honest decisions about when the country faces a genuine threat, and not deliberately lie about it to his own people.
