Setzer has a wide range of tastes and the abilty to play it, from straightahead rock to jazz to
country to blues. Technically he is not a proficient as some, but sonically, he's brilliant. He
does the same thing you might hear on a Jimi Hendrix or Alex Lifeson (Rush) song, seeming able to
play lead and rhythm at once, and using chords and choruses to great effect. |
