I don't think it is a set rule or anything....but I believe it can be trouble sometimes. |

I agree. Lots of people who are bored get up to daft things and may end up breaking the law. They
might joy ride, grafffiti or maybe fight! |

I'm bored right now and I go on this site to debate. I think this is a productive use of time. Being
bored is kind of like winning the lottery. It's not going to turn a person good or bad it's just a
character multiplier. |
