To have a real faith means you can see something that others cannot. Even if it is in someone that
you love. Others cannot see what you can, they don't have the same insight that you have or the
same confidence that has been proven to you through an experience that only you possess. Our
experiences are incredibly unique and cannot be completely shared. Our ability to see something in
someone that is unique to our experience will never be completely available to others. What we hold
in our heart for those that we love cannot be diminished or devalued except by our own earned
perception. |

No.
Faith, is just knowing that someone well enough from past observation of actions, to be able to
reasonably calculate their expected future actions from experience.
Faith is trust. Trust is just knowing what someone has done in the past you know you can count on
them.
Faith is just knowing. |

Someone can have faith in something that has no support at all. That would be blind faith because of
supportless faith. The support has to be good, though, and that is not always agreed on. |

I think the blind part is just a qualifier. Faith is belief without verifiable supporting evidence.
Blind faith is belief in the face of contradictory evidence. At least I think that is how people
generally mean and interpret those two phrases. |

Anyone who seeks a rational foundation for faith doesn't really have it. The purest form of faith is
blind. |

"Blind Faith" means following dogma automatically because the follower cannot see the flaws in the
particular dogma. |

Faith - “belief in, devotion to, or trust in somebody or something, especially without logical
proof”.
I’m sorry to say, but faith is definitely about believing in what cannot actually be guaranteed.
Religion is based on faith for the most part. If the beliefs themselves weren’t, then there would
be no point in religion at all. Blind faith, as I define it, typically means one who follows an idea
or belief without knowing much at all about the belief itself. Whether or not you classify anyone
under that category is up to you. But I must admit, I have seen a great deal of people who would fit
under that classification myself. |

Belief in the existence of god is called having faith. 99% of believers don't claim to have evidence
or proof of gods existence. This means that they believe in something without any evidence to
justify the belief. Therefore, their faith is blind, proving it is not a contradiction and that it
exists. Faith means belief without evidence. Live with it. |

Blind Faith is by no means a contradiction. Faith is belief in something regardless of facts,
otherwise it's 'informed opinion' or 'evidence backed theory'. There is nothing inherently wrong
with blind faith (though making critical decisions on it could be construed as dangerous) but it
clearly exists. |

Explain your point? I'll listen to that, but not you telling me that two things are different.
People say blind faith because some people believe in things without truly questioning them. Like
Religion, political things, etc etc. |
