Yes why be fake it is important to just be yourself and enjoy life the way you are and the way life
is! |

Individuality is the only way worth living. Of being. Existing. |

It isn't difficult to solve other peoples problems once you have their attention. I think because
you are looking from the outside. When you are your own person, as you put it you are at your best.
I always equate that to having no side, or being in your center, where your strength is. |

Being an individual is the answer. So many people follow others and what others do. This behavior is
not healthy and gets them nowhere. Being yourself and standing up for what you believe in and being
who you are are the most important keys for a happy life. You must like yourself for you and all
your different traits. |

You can only find out who you truly are by being yourself. People who hang around in crowds and
imitate people will never be able to find themselves. To do this, people need the confidence to get
by on their own and it isn't easy. People who lack confidence in themselves will latch onto crowds
and never be their own person.
The hardest time for trying to be a individual is in your teens because you are constantly trying to
fit in with everyone else. It depends on a person's personality. Some people will obviously believe
in themselves more than others will. If people have the confidence to be an individual then they
will certainly have a happy life. |

If you are not being yourself your spirit is not happy anyway |

I wish being your own person was easy all of the time.
But sometimes it is easier to pretend you are somebody else.
And sometimes you can forget yourself in the fun of things |

As long as you realize that you may be alone at times. I agree with this very much, but not all
people are able to do this, particularly younger people. I applaud any teen that can tear him or
herself away from peer pressure and understand that their main motives for following is so that they
will fit in.
I have a bit of a reputation for not being a typical anything. I am conservative on somethings, and
i am liberal in other things, i am gay and i am also fairly straight in my general presentation, but
i am also fairly out. I am pretty spiritual, but am very skeptical of religion. I enjoy my life
very much and have many friends, but they tend to be somewhat compartmentalized.
It is very important for anyone to be happy with who they are and confident (but not too confident
to the point of arrogant) in who they are, and able to be alone to find happiness. |

Unless your own person is a wicked one who cares mainly of one's own happiness. It is true that
following the crowd without good reason is foolish. |
