If you are bi- that means you date both because each are special in its on way |

Bisexuality is within the same realm, that is to say under the same category, but it is still
different. Gay is likeing only the same sex; bisexual is to "get the best of both worlds," so to
speak. |

Bi-sexual and gay are definitely 2 different things gay people like to have sex with people of the
same sex while bi-sexuals like to have sex with everyone. As for blondjac76's comment that " I feel
that people who label themselves as "bi" are people who are afraid to admit to themselves and others
that they are in fact gay." all I can say is that I am bi-sexual and I am not afraid to admit to
anything I like to have sex with both men and women and I will not be bullied into choosing 1 gender
or the other simply to fit into someone else's idea of what is right. |

I don't agree. Being bisexual and being gay are two different things in my opinion. If you are gay
then you like other people of the same sex. If you are bisexual then you like both sexes. Simple as
that. |

No actually they both mean 2 different things. They are similar though. |

I assume that gay and bi are different, you like both sexes if you are bi. |

Think of it in terms of "necessary" and "sufficient". In order to be "Bi" it is necessary to have
gay intercourse. But if all you have is gay intercourse then that in itself is not sufficient to be
labelled "Bi". So it's not the same thing.
What's the harm in having 3 separate categories of gay, bi, and straight anyway? |
