| Before Travelling To A Foreign Country, Travellers Should Learn Enough Of The Country's Language To Get Around On Their Own. |
| People who travel to another country without knowing a little of the language are at higher risk of being victims of crimes, since they are clearly tourists. It's also rather disrespectful to the citizens of the nation to go into their country without any knowledge of their language (and likely little about their culture as well). Travellers don't need to become fluent, but at least learn how to order in a restaurant, take directions, book a hotel, tell time, count money, and other basic things like that. |
