| It's Wrong For Shows To Change Details |
| Baywatch:
In the pilot and during the first season Hobbie was 12 and 13 but in season 2 he was 10 or 11. How the hell does that work. There for season 1 is really a different show from the other seasons.
Diagnosis Murder:
In the first three TV movies Doctor Amanda Bentley was white but in the series she was black. In the movies Dr Mark Sloan only had the one grown up child, whereas in the series he has a son and daughter.
It's wrong for shows to change details. |

If something "tests" better on pilot episodes, or they have an opportunity to improve on story lines
or character developments, I don't really see a problem with not following a movie that strictly.
I haven't watched either of those shows, but they seem like minor details (obviously I have no idea,
they could be very important to the story) and if that's the case, then small details don't really
affect the storyline. |
