Batman is a superhero wannabe. He doesn't have superpowers, only loads of money. If rich people were
superheroes, then we'd have a lot of Batmans running around. |

Spider-man can not be distracted by batman in anyway and be hit by surprise, that spider sense is
there for a reason. He has fast reflexes that even if batman has a smoke grenade or whatever,
Spider-man can use his sense as a guide. And also, his webs, which are strong as f$@! And can hold
batman down, because he does not have superhuman strength. And Spider-man uses his intelligence to
take down his foes. Even if batman has his car, spidey can just hop around until he can hop on top
and take batman out.
Don't get me wrong, I like The Batman, but Spidey is just better in a fight. |

Batman: No powers. Near-genius scientist.
Spiderman: Enhanced strength, precognition, enhanced agility and speed. Genius scientist.
This fight would last about eight seconds. In Secret Wars five or so other superheroes couldn't even
CATCH Spiderman, let alone subdue him... And that included Nightcrawler teleporting into Spidey's
path. In fact, this was one of the subplots of the Secret Wars series... Peter Parker's overreaction
to Spiderman's constantly being underrated by the other heroes even though he could fight most of
them to a standstill. It's part of what led him to try on the black suit.
Because they've amped up his stories since the '70's, people forget that Batman is supposed to be a
detective first and a superhero second. |

Spiderman would slaughter Batman:
A) Spiderman has a "spidersense" that borders on precognative. Any gadget Batman chucks at him will
hit thin air as Spidey jumps out of the way.
B) Spiderman has the proportional strength of a spider. This means he can bench press 10 tonnes and
in the comics was even seen holding up the Daily Bugle on his own. He could tear Batman limb
from limb.
C) Webbing. Just web Batman's hands together and his utility belt is suddenly useless. Then
Spiderman could roll him under a bus or something.
D) Spiderman is an honorary member of The Avengers and is good friends with the X-Men. If Spidey
somehow found himself at the mercy of Batman, he could ask for assistance. Batman can't because he
has no friends due to his solitary nature.
E) Batman is human. He posesses all of the attributes of a human, and while they are honed to
perfection, they are no match for Spidey's innate abilities. |

From what i've seen of the films, I think that Spiderman would be successful in a fight against
Batman anyday. He has his Spidersense, which he can use to avoid anything thrown at him. He can also
move himself around more, making it easier to dodge things and he has his web, which he could easily
wrap Batman up in anyday! |

Batman is a useless wannabe, a rich dilettante with no powers who likes to run around at night in a
foolish costume. Spiderman could just web him up then laugh at him, or throw him into the river. |

If Spider-Man used his powers to their fullest, Batman would be toast. Spider-Man could avoid
anything that Batman threw at him and then just break him in half. |

I don't know much about these two characters, but from the movies I think Spiderman would beat
Batman. Spiderman has 'powers' but isn't Batman just a regular guy with tights and a cool car? |
