At Death, Your Body Will Perish But Your Mind Will Be Set Free.
At death, your body indisputably will perish; deteriorate in the depths of time, but your mind is eternal and will reside, live on, and be set free. After death the mind will continue, may it be replenished through the bodies of human or mere animal, or travel by wind or roam through space, it will never cease to exist. Yet has there been an instance, where as I have not thought or wondered. And there will not be so as long as the universe exists, for as eternity continues my mind will be ongoing.

It's your soul actually.

Yes, I think you are describing what many refer to as the soul. There is good evidence that the nonphysical, immaterial soul exists. I'm not sure I would link eternity with the finite existence of the universe. I think also you are implying that the "mind" is not identical to the "brain", to which I also strongly agree.

I'm going to agree, I don't believe in an afterlife or any sort of religious heavenly place but to me it seems impossible for the mind or consicous to just stop or disappear from exitience. Maybe when we die the mind is sort of set free from the constaints of the our earthly bodies. I can't believe I'm actually genuienly agreeing with something that there is no proof for.

There is no proof. But the mere thought of your conscious mind ceasing to exist is nearly an impossible ideal for human comprehension. The answer is beyond our grasp, beyond our technology or any skill or trait we have. Most of us can only think that our mind moves on, in general our thoughts will continue, the idea of that discontinueing seems rash and frieghtning. How can something we have no proof of in the first place, be proved after death ?, this is our thoughts of course.
