As Of Schools And Colleges, The Traditional IQ Testing System Should Be Abolished And Should Be Replaced With IQ Testing Based On The Multiple Intelligences Theory.
Our traditional IQ system focues too much in the aritmatic areas which greatly limits it. The Multiple Intelligances theory created by Dr. Howard Gardner, a Professor at Harvard, shows many areas people are smart such as music, socializing, nature, and many others. It shows that everyone is smart in some way, just some areas are better than others.

Yes. I have no faith in the current standardized testing. Schools have plenty of people who did great on testing but fail on many other levels. Also there are countless people who blow it on their testing but then go on in life to become outstanding students or professionals regardless.

Such testing is not needed at all. For what...to determine if you go to Harvard? To determine if you can be a doctor? It is not used as it was intended for, but once it got into racist hands it was used as a weapon. Its garbage.
