No way. Nothing has changed between Biblical times and now. There is still rape, murder, war,
destruction, and hate. We haven't been here that long, so I don't see the end of the world coming
any time soon. The human race is still in the prime of it's youth. But of course, none of us can
be sure; everything happens by chance. |

I suppose that depends what length of timeline you’re working on. We have about a little over a
billion years before increased solar output makes life pretty much impossible on earth. With life on
Earth for about 4 billion years that means we are definitely on the down slope. But seriously if we
are talking about yet another predicted Armageddon, then here is my suggestion; you plan for the
rapture and I’ll plan for retirement and we see who laughing in twenty years. |

This is a load of BS. First off, natural disasters are as old as time. War is as old as humanity.
And "false religions?" You may not realize this, but believe it or not, your faith (almost
assuredly Christian), is one of the many religions claiming that all others are "false." Surely
they can't all be right!
If you really believe that god created the earth with some purpose in mind, it seems awfully strange
he would bring it to an end so soon (and slowly, too). |

No. Wars and rumors of Wars have been going on even before the Bible was written. Natural
devastation has of course been going on since the beginnings of Earth. |
