People Who Protest Against Medical Testing On Animals Are Hypocrites
Or rather are they hypocrites if they actually use medicine. Oh ps this is very much a debate about medical testing i personally believe that cosmetic testing is pointless and wrong. Since most medicines are developed through animal testing is an animal rights activist a hypocrite if the use medicine

I agree with the use of animals for any legitimate safety precaution for humans. Including medical, cosmetic, and other areas.

People shouldn't be testing at all if they don't have the guts to test on thimselves; especially since testing on themselves would provide more relevant data.

Many medicines , cosmetic or not, are being developed without animal testing. It says so on the label next to the profile of a rabbit.

 It is true that some medications and many cosmetics are developed without animal testing. Where cosmetics are concerned, most have many of the same ingredients that have already been tested over and over throughout the years. Medicine, however, must be found to be safe and effective before it can be approved and prescribed for human usage. I love animals and don't want any to suffer needlessly, but when the choice is a human taking something that held promise, but turns out to have more risk than benefit during trials on animals before it makes it to human clinical trials, I believe we would be morally wrong to test on human beings and expose them to something that is harmful. Eventually, the new medications that hit the shelves will go through clinical trials on human beings, but that is after some standards in safety and efficacy have been met.
