Off-course they are not always right. You can't be expected to agree with someone who is wrong
hopefully they are only wrong some of the time and you love and respect them:-)) |

Of course they're not always right, no one is perfect, not even adults. |

Parents should give their children the chance at access to their experience and knowledge, but also
realize that their children aren't them, they aren't going to live the same way, nor will the want
to be told everything, kids need to learn for themselves, even if it may hurt them, physically or
emotionally |

As far as their age and experience are concerned, parents are superior to their children, but their
views are not always acceptable. It is for the generation gap their always remains a breach between
parents and their younger generations. Sometimes they think on their own way. Do not able to equate
themselves with the thinking of their children they employ their realization on the children and on
that very moment they produce themselves completely wrong. We also know in modern times parents are
crazy about the education of their children, it creates an unhealthy contest between them. So, to
fulfill their requirements, they continue an unbeatable pressure over their children, through their
children they want to fulfill that aim which they did not able to fulfill in their life. It affects
heavy on the children, unable to find out their own area of refreshment, they sometimes commit
suicide. |

No parent can be right all of the time because they would have to be perfect and there is not one
person in this world that can truly claim to be perfect. Parents make mistakes, can have bad
judgement at time and don't always understand how different the world is now from when they grew up
but lets face it they also have that much more experience than we do. A lot of what we go through
growing up they have been there done that so I do not think its right to completely disregard what
they have to say, but that doesn't mean that every time they will have the right answer. Either way
I do believe because of there experience there opinion/advice should be respected. |

They haven't experienced everything so they do know everything. That doesn't mean they aren't wise
and helpful |

Parents are assumed to always have their children's interests at heart but we know that this is not
always true, there are many times when parents act in selfish ways and do it the expense of their
children.
I don't think that they are always right because they can never act in an altruistic fashion. |

No I don't think parents are ALWAYS right because there is NO WAY 1 person can be right all the
time...not saying they cant be right sometimes. |

I don't think parents are any more wrong than any other adult... Certainly not more wrong because
they're parents... A parent with the foresight to know they can be there for you and confess to you
that they absolutely will be there for you is quite a friend to have on your side and nothing you
should take lightly, real world aside, parents are wonderful to have to fall back on when the real
world is that monster you always thought you had left in your closet... Your never as grown up as
your parents... Your parents will need you one day... Is it really 'them being right' that your
upset at? Isn't it something closer to how wrong you KNOW they are sometimes but they just won't
let go of their resolution cuz they can't stop looking at you as 'the kid'... That doesn't go away,
until they see themselves as grandparents... Nothing makes them sadder either, until they see their
grandkids... Give your parents some credit... They're more right than you think they are... But you
knew that already... Didn't you :-P |

But i as much as we don't want to admit it they are they
