Yes, we are drifting away from nature. However, the human mind isn't meant for the natural world.
It was made to do great and better things. Like Grenache mentioned, wild animals aren't much
better. Global warming is natural, and so is the horrible slaughter of our furry friends. We're
actually helping by making laws and recycling and such. Nature isn't part of human nature; it is
something to behold but not touch. Just like animals weren't meant to enter our intellectual world. |

As much as I want us to take care of nature and our surroundings the truth is Hermione82 is right,
we're part of nature so what we do is in fact part of nature at work. And ask yourself this, if
chimpanzees took our place do you suppose they'd think twice before they pull down a tree, or
pollute a pond with their poo, or club a food source to extinction? No. If beavers took our place
do you think they'd make a careful restriction on their dams? No, they'd build dams every stupid
place and cause wild flooding. If dogs took our place do you think they'd go vegetarian concerned
for the rights of other animals? No, they'd be fat ravenous killing machines. The other animals in
nature wouldn't hesitate to be themselves to the n'th degree. |

Humans are nature, we are as natural as birds, what we do is as natural as what bird's do, what is
man made is as natural as a bird's nest.
We are nature, therefore what we do is nature, therefore if we are destroying the world it is
natural. |
