| The "wow" factor of Hollywood comes out strong in films such as "Up", "Wall-E", "Finding Nemo", "Robots", etc. Frankly it's been a long time since an acted film could come close to their originality and grandeur. Most acted films are rehashing old plots anyway and are "spectacular" only in terms of their special effects budgets and punch. Where's the imagination, the elation, the magic? I'll tell you where. It's at Pixar and Dreamworks and the big animators. |
