No god, no heaven, no hell, no christ, no not of it. All of that is a made up bed time story. |

I don't think heaven is real so therefore i don't think animals can go to heaven. |

There is no afterlife for animals. That's because animals don't have free will, therefore God
doesn't judge them. They just stop existing. Humans have free will, which is why they are either
punished in hell or rewarded in paradise. |

My comment is specifically about pets. It would seem selfish to want a beloved animal to retain pet
status, which is basically voiceless and under our control. I would rather if an animal went to
heaven, it would be given the gift of speech, and a freedom it never knew on earth, and be equal to
us in independence. When a Christian thinks of dying, he or she imagines acquiring an enlightened
state, yet we want our pets to undergo no such advancement. A pet puts in many years trying to be
the best companion to us that it knows how to be. As a thanks for all its hard work, we want to
give it a continued existence as a pet. That is just selfishness of the highest degree. It should
get the same advancement that we get in Heaven. My beloved pet and I should be able to sit down
over tea and chat. And it should no longer be my pet but my friend. |

We were put on this earth to tend it and dress it like a garden and subdue the earth. Take dominion
over it. Animals included. |

As poman549 stated, they can't accept Jesus Christ as their Savior, or God as their Holy Father.
Also, they savagely kill each other and mate with countless different partners. That's not exactly
heavenly. To be honest, they're too stupid. |

I don't think an animal has a religion. Unless its those Elephants in Thailand, they believe that
the elephants are Buddhism. - etc.
But that might not be true. |

On the basis that heaven exists, animals don't have a soul, in which they would accept Jesus into,
which is how believers achieve salvation. That is one of the main differences between animals and
humans. |

It's a silly question since there's no reason to think there's any such thing as heaven to begin
with. It's like asking if particularly brave animals to go Valhalla. |
