Animal Testing Is Wrong.
Animals should not be tested on like garbage.Were animals too and scientists don't pour bleach in our eyes to see what it does, so what's the difference with animals??? How would you eel if someone came and injected unknown medicine into you.

Animal testing is BAD! I'm a vegetarian, i don't even injest animals, let alone support things that could potentially maim them for life. Human products should be tested on humans. The animals don't care whether they work or not. I especially hate it when they test unimportant things, like cosmetics, on animals. I mean, it's not quite as bad if they're trying to cure a disease, especially since if a cure was found it could be used on animals as well, but still, I don't know what makes a human superior to a dog. I know, most people would not voluntarily do that, but do you think the animals volunteer?

So so wrong! We put chemicals in these animals bodies and watch them suffer a fate worse than death & then death itself.

Meanwhile all the animals that we will soon capture and kill are living a life without hurting us in any way, shape or form! So so sad!

I am for this statement,because I have to say that animals have the same right to live at least a decent life. I say that animal should not have to die just for beauty products,and I am for the most part a girly girly that loves to wear makeup too, and I still think that testing beauty product on animals is wrong.If we all need makeup so bad,then why don't people just have themselves test the products on themselves,or something.

 Of course animals have the same rights to live as us! But less animals die that human beings survive! So it is a reasonably good thing!

Most of the time bleach is not tested on animals. People are involved in tests it just isn't as well publicised as peta doesn't find it interesting.

And you know what the difference is between animals and ourselves are, we are concious of our own existence - they aren't.

Some animal testing is wrong. We should not make animals suffer or die for the sake of vanity products.

Medical animal testing is far from wrong. A) Drugs of major worldwide human health importance are tested. B) You know some testing is actually for the sake of animals. Domesticated animals get diseases too and there are genuine treatments used to fight their diseases, but it has to start somewhere with the testing on some animals. If you take your dog or cat to the vet and they need a treatment how do you think that treatment was researched and tested? C) They don't go trapping wild free animals any more for the sake of testing. Animal test lines are specifically bred because they express or don't express certain diseases or traits. The breeds used in testing wouldn't exist in the same form or be found in the wild anymore the same as the test species.

Isn't It governments who insist these items are tested on animals. If they can't be tested then you will just have to go without them and I am sure you do. Do you feel the same about pharmaceuticals?

It is wrong for cosmetic products but not for medical purposes. A human life does have more value than that of a rat. It just does. If you really feel this way I trust that if you fell ill you would never receive any medical treatment that was advanced by testing on animals. If you decide to do this then fair enough, you are crazy but at least not an hypocrite. You wouldn't though, you would be grateful that medicine had advanced enough to save you and accept anything that the medical world had to offer, your ill thought out principals would quickly fly out of the window.
