All Human Life Including Smokers Should Pay Equal For Health Insurance.
Every one should be treated as equal and not penalized because of their way of living. One human life is just as important as the next.

I agree, I do not smoke, but what is next you ate too much, you did not exercise enough, you didn't get regular check ups, your job is hazardes or stressful, you live in the bad part of town the list could go on and on. Should these people pay higher premiums?
