Drinking, sex, gambling, weed they are all good fun and totally harmless if done in moderation and
responsibly. Go and have a drink, get a bit drunk, have a giggle and enjoy a good night out once in
a while. It is good for the soul and harms no one.
It is the few who do it too excess and can't be responsible about it that ruin it for the rest of
us. |

Alcohol can be fun but just like everything else there is a dark side to it. |

I wouldn't say that alcohol is fun, as sometimes it is not, but I do believe that alcohol in
moderation is alright and it does in fact help parties get to that awesome level. And I'm not
talking about alcohol like Grenache did where it has some nice effect on the body; I'm talking
Yuengling and shots of Goldschlager.
Truly, moderation is the key here because while I enjoy drinking, I seldom drink more than two beers
when I do. I think last week was the first week in about six months that I drank more than two beers
and I only had five beers and a shot in the span of three hours. |

Partying isn't my thing, however, I do genuinely believe the scientific studies showing moderate
alcohol consumption to be good for your health. Particularly red wine. It lowers your bad
cholesterol, raises your good cholesterol, and generally has a vascular effect. Too much will
overtax the body's systems or render you dangerous, but moderate (a glass or two) is fine. And be
careful not to do any driving after alcohol, of course. |

Have a great time. Seems like you're really enjoying yourself. Just stay safe. : ) |

Alcohol or any other recreational drug is evil. I'm so blessed to be Muslim. God forbids everything
which is harmful. Some things require total abstinence, not simply moderation. |

Alcohol is literally poison, and nobody actually NEEDS it to have a good time or relax. |
